  Three years of renting space from American Mini Storage. Payed on time every month, never late on a payment the whole three years, I would consider myself a pretty good tenant. Moved out ONE day past my invoice cycle and the company would not even consider reimbursing or prorating. I know this is "your policy" and a "contract is a contract" but if I was not paying via auto pay I would have had six days before being charged a late fee and subsequently would not have had to pay. Tell me how that works... Being in small business myself I take pride in giving great customer service and the results show, maybe you should consider doing the same. If you have the desire to resolve this feel free to contact me and I'll remove the review.
